Aiko's Stamp Rally: Terms and Conditions

1. Participation: The Aiko's Stamp Rally (the "Event") is open to all customers of Aiko’s. Participants must obtain a monthly Aiko's Stamp Rally Card (the "Card") to participate.
2. Earning Stamps:
   • Participants can earn up to three (3) stamps per month by purchasing entrees at Aiko’s.
   • An additional three (3) stamps per month can be earned by completing bonus activities. Details of bonus activities are accessible via scanning the QR code on the Card.
   • Stamps are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
3. Claiming the Monthly Enamel Pin:
   • A completed Card, with all six (6) stamps collected within the same month, can be exchanged for that month's enamel pin, subject to availability.
   • Pins are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 100 pins will be available each month.
   • No replacement will be offered if a particular month’s pin is out of stock.
4. Exclusive Aiko’s Golden Logo Pin:
   • Participants who collect all monthly pins within our season are eligible to receive the exclusive Aiko’s Golden Logo Pin, subject to the same terms of availability.
5. General Conditions:
   • The Event is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
   • Aiko’s reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Event, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Aiko’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Event, as determined by Aiko’s in its sole discretion.
   • Participation in the Event constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Aiko’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Event. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
6. Limitation of Liability:
   • By participating in the Event, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Aiko’s, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Event or receipt or use of any prize.
7. Privacy:
   • All personal information collected by Aiko’s will be used for the administration of the Event and in accordance with Aiko’s privacy policy.

Aiko’s reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Event following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
