What Is It?

Hot meat is a gluten free spicy marinated flank steak dish sold only at the Aiko's Food Truck in Missoula, Montana. It is served over a bed of rice and slaw. It is an original  recipe that has been in the family for generations

Why Is It Called "Hot Meat"?

Funny Story. It is called "Hot Meat" becuase grandma Aiko didn't know the proper term for "spicy" so she just described to the family as "Hot Meat." The name stuck and it is now the dish we love! 

How Spicy Is It?

Doesn't matter, just eat it. Joking aside, It'll make you sniffle a little bit, but it won't make you cry (unless it is sold out before you get it).
